Olive Villa Rentals are an experienced team in the Greek villa market managing luxury villas for rent in many of Greece’s islands and mainland destinations with a particular focus in the Argo Saronic Gulf area including high end villas in the mainland resort of Porto Heli, and in the nearby island of Spetses.

What was the Approach?

Together with the Olive Villa team we:

  • Researched their existing target markets
  • Explored potential new markets
  • Set up targeted 360o advertising campaigns
  • Moved quickly to address the shifting market conditions brought on by Covid-19

What were the Results?

Our cooperation started at the beginning of 2020, just before the Covid-19 lockdown hit Europe. Not the greatest of starts! The results from our first year however were impressive indeed!

  • +135% YoY website visitors
  • +161% increase in bookings
  • +230% increase in booking value

All our metrics were achieved despite a very difficult period. Conversion rates went up, Cost per conversion down, and despite a very challenging year from a macro-economic environment, Kollective helped us have a record year in terms of revenue!
